At our clinic our process is simple; Initially, most of our clients will fill out an enquiry form, send a few photos of their case for Dr. Mittal to evaluate, and book an initial complimentary consultation with one of our patient liaison managers, who are experienced hair restoration surgical assistants and are qualified hair specialists.

After your initial contact and assessment, we will invite you to have a formal consultation with Dr. Mittal. We recommend where logistics permit, for you to come in person to see Dr. Mittal so he can have a look at your donor area, and areas of concerns, and mark an appropriate treatment plan on your scalp, so there is no confusion on the day of surgery. In a lot of cases sadly a hair transplant surgery is not always the best course of action. At our clinic we are very conservative in our approach, and as such often recommend starting a non-surgical programme. This would typically include some form of hair loss stabilising medication in the first instance.

Hair restoration surgery is not suitable for everyone due to various factors, including patient age, hair loss pattern, available donor hair, and medical history.

To assess if you are a suitable candidate, a thorough examination is necessary to evaluate your overall health, current hair loss pattern, and the availability of donor hair, taking into account future usage of the safe zone region via FUE or FUT.

If you are unable to visit our clinic, we also offer online consultations. To start, please send a few high-quality images of your hair loss, to the clinic, including your donor hair, for evaluation. Once we receive the photos, we will contact you for some more basic information which Dr. Mittal will then assess, to determine the best course of action for you.
