Confirmation payment for securing the procedure date constitutes a contract between the client and The Mittal Hair Clinic. All terms and conditions are to be read and fully understood before entering into a legally binding contract between
Name _______________________________ and The Mittal Hair Clinic.

Schedule of Fees:
The total cost of your hair transplant surgery includes the following:

  1. Day 1-14 post-surgery review.
  2. 6-9 Month follow up - video consultation.
  3. 12-18 Month follow up in clinic.

The clinic is not held responsible for any damage that occurs accidentally to the hair follicles post-surgery. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure both the donor area and the graft area are managed according to the post-operative instructions. Any additional surgery that is required will incur additional costs:

Emergency review by surgeon - £250

Emergency touch up to damaged grafts will incur a minimum surgical fee of £1000. Final cost to be confirmed by the surgeon following review.

Deposit:
£1000 deposit is payable at the time of booking and a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ applies from the date payment is received. The cooling off period of 14 days will be automatically waived if treatment commences within this period. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total procedure cost and is non-refundable once 14 day cooling off period has passed. Until such time as a deposit is paid, the chosen booking date will remain available for other patients to reserve. Deposit can be used once within a 12-month period, from being received, to re-schedule and secure a treatment date.

Outstanding Balance:
The ‘full’ outstanding balance is due no later than 28 days before procedure date. Failure to pay by the desired date will result in cancellation of surgery & termination of contract.

Changes To Surgery:
Any requested changes by the patient to the confirmed Hair Transplant treatment plan, must be confirmed in writing 28 days in advance of the surgical date, to avoid incurring additional costs.

Cancellations:
‘ALL’ cancellations by the patient are required by writing or email. The date of the procedure can be changed up to 28 days in advance of the confirmed hair transplant surgery date. Failure to cancel prior to 28 days of procedure date will result in all monies paid being forfeited.

If a procedure is cancelled on the day of treatment on medical grounds, the clinic will retain 50% of full payment for the procedure as a cancellation charge. The clinic will advise of any measures the patient needs to take and will attempt to re- schedule the procedure should the patient wish to proceed at a later date.

The Mittal Hair Clinic, will endeavour to ensure that your procedure runs to schedule, however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your procedure at short notice. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made to contact you in advance. Deposit sum will be returned. We do not offer compensation in the unlikely event of cancelling your procedure.

The Mittal Hair Clinic, reserve the right to amend booked surgery dates. Such changes are rare and are undertaken in the patients’ best interest and safety. In the unlikely event of surgery date amendment, the deposit sum will be transferred to the next available date.

Accepted Payment Type:
Cash – Cash payments are welcomed.

Bank Transfer, BACS – Please ensure to use your procedure date in a 6 digit format (dd/mm/yy) as your reference when transferring monies.
