What if I have concerns after my hair transplant procedure?

Contact me. You have to contact me

After your procedure, you will never feel like you've been left on your own to figure things out. Getting in touch couldn't be simpler — in fact, I actively encourage it. You have to contact me. That's not just something I say — it's built into the way I work.

When I carry out a hair transplant, I create a dedicated WhatsApp group chat for every single patient — and I am personally part of that group chat throughout your entire recovery. That means you have direct, unfettered access from the moment you leave the clinic. No waiting on hold, no chasing a receptionist, no wondering whether your message has been read. Just a direct, personal line to me.

Every patient receives exactly the same level of care regardless of the size of their procedure. This is not a tiered service — everyone gets the VIP experience, without exception.

As part of that aftercare process, I ask patients to send a photograph every single day in the early stages of recovery. And here is what sets this apart — it won't typically be you reaching out with a concern. More often than not, it will be me spotting something first, flagging it proactively and acting on it before it has the chance to become a problem. I am very quick to pull that trigger. If something doesn't look quite right, I won't wait and see — I'll ask you to come back into the clinic promptly so I can assess things properly in person and make sure your recovery is progressing exactly as it should.
