Where Art Takes Flight: Jack’s Hair Transplant with Dr Mani

A 2,200-graft restoration at 12 months — a conservative hairline that frames the face beautifully, with feathered transitions from front to mid-scalp.
“Having a hair transplant is a huge leap of faith and I’m so glad I chose you” — in our patient’s own words.
It got us feeling poetic:
In whispers of faith, a leap so bold,
To trust in hands that craft, not told.
A line of hair, soft whispers traced,
A frame for a face, beauty embraced.Artistry breathes where science guides,
In each fine stroke, perfection hides.
The finer threads, so softly sewn,
Feathered front to crown, now grown. Two thousand grafts, each placed with care,
A tapestry woven, beyond compare.
My hands, my heart, each move precise,
A surgeon’s touch, where art takes flight. Some speak of beauty, some create,
Through quiet skill, a patient’s fate.
Here lies the proof, a year has passed —
A future framed, a crown amassed.
This chap is 12 months post surgery. The hairline, although it looked conservative, actually frames his face beautifully — softer, finer follicles feathered in at the front transitioning to more densification through the mid-forelock and into the mid-scalp. Around 2,200 grafts were used (428 single, 879 double, 893 triple), and he has been consistent with a personal topical finasteride + minoxidil solution, noticing significant gains in the crown region too.
Hair transplants are a perfect blend of artistry, technical ability and science. As usual, every graft was meticulously extracted by myself, incisions performed by myself, and hands-on involvement through implantation. It’s the only way to get a stunning outcome.
