A 2,000-graft FUE restoration shown 2.5 years on under a wet comb-through — a stronger, masculine frame that stays completely natural from every angle.

When hair is wet, there is nowhere to hide. Density, hairline design, graft placement, angulation and overall naturalness are all exposed — that’s why a wet comb-through remains one of the most honest demonstrations of a hair transplant result.

This gentleman underwent a 2,000 graft FUE hair transplant; the result shown here is 2.5 years after surgery. Graft breakdown: 352 single, 878 double and 770 triple grafts.

The goal was not simply to lower a hairline. It was to create a stronger, more masculine frame to the face while ensuring the result remained completely natural from every angle, in every lighting condition, and with complete styling versatility.

Hair transplantation is not about placing the maximum number of grafts possible. It is about understanding facial proportions, hair characteristics, donor preservation, density planning and natural hairline architecture. Every graft was positioned to create a soft, undetectable transition zone at the front, with increasing density behind.

2.5 years later, the result remains dense, natural and fully integrated with his existing hair, and the donor area remains discreet. This is why I limit my practice to one patient per day: no production-line surgery, no delegation of critical surgical steps, no compromise on detail.
