This gentleman is now 11 months post-operative following a carefully planned frontal third restoration using just 2,234 grafts — 357 singles, 892 doubles and 985 triples. A beautiful calibre and texture of hair allowed us to create softness through the frontal transition while still building meaningful density and flow behind it.

Most importantly, this is not a result built on excessive graft numbers. It is the product of refined planning, controlled angulation, donor respect and strategic placement — every graft extracted and implanted with intent. The donor remains beautifully preserved and virtually untouched visually.
