A 2,187-graft partial-shave frontal hairline restoration — precision over production — shown at 12 months.

A 2,187 graft frontal restoration using a partial-shave technique to preserve native hair and allow precise implantation within the hairline. The key challenge was coarse donor hair against finer frontal native hair, which required meticulous graft selection, angulation and distribution to create a soft, natural transition at the leading edge while maintaining density behind.

Technique: partial shave with sectioning, a 0.75mm serrated punch, and conservative adrenaline use to preserve vascularity — completed as a one-day procedure.

Graft breakdown: 328 singles, 427 doubles, and 1,432 three- and four-hair grafts (over 40% four-hair grafts).

The 12-month result: a natural hairline, strong density, and seamless blending in both dry and wet states.

Because ultimately, this isn’t about graft numbers — it’s about how they’re used. Ferrari work is defined by precision, not production. So tell me: do you want a Ferrari… or a Mazda?
