From Buzzed to a Full Head of Hair: Kevin’s Restoration with Dr Mani

This is a beautiful outcome for our patient, 12 months post surgery. A slightly different case presentation, as the images taken immediately pre-op were sadly corrupted, so the ‘before’ we have of this angle is front on.

This chap’s story is an interesting one. He noticed subtle recession at the age of 20 and immediately decided to buzz his hair. He came to see me at age 33 and decided he wanted to do something about it. I had never actually seen his hair long — always buzzed — until he came back at 12 months and surprised me with a very full head of hair and a lot of confidence.

This case also lets you see that our work is clean even in patients who tend to bleed a little more. The donor management is impeccable and the graft utilisation as good as it comes. Total graft usage: 1,857 grafts — 287 single, 731 double, and 845 triple and quad grafts.
