Discretion and Density: A Barrister’s Norwood 5 Restoration with Dr Mani

A 2,200-graft FUE restoration of a significant Norwood 5 deficit at 12 months — great density and coverage, with images cropped for the patient’s anonymity.
This gentleman came back to see us 12 months post-procedure, with a significant deficit around Norwood 5. Wanting discretion, we’ve cropped the images above eyebrow level to help maintain his anonymity. He had an extremely thick, coarse donor area, largely chunky grafts and a large follicle diameter.
A barrister by profession — you’d think his hair would be covered by a wig — but such was his desire for a fuller head of hair that he opted to start on medication (finasteride and minoxidil), and then we performed a 2,200 graft FUE (368 single, 891 double, 941 triple).
We were able to achieve great density and significant coverage. He tells us no one can tell — even his mum hasn’t picked up on the fact he’s had surgery. Life-changing results, and over the next six months, up to the 18-month mark, the hairs will continue to mature and soften, so his final result will be shared at a later date.
