This case involved one of the most challenging hair types to work with: extremely coarse hair. To achieve a softer, natural-looking result, we carefully extracted finer single grafts from above the ears and placed them into the temple peaks for maximum refinement and a truly natural appearance.

2,000 grafts were used — 786 singles, 982 doubles and 232 triples — across a temple peak reconstruction and hairline refinement.

At just 6 months, this patient is already showing 50–60% of his final result, far ahead of the typical timeline where most patients are closer to 30% growth at this stage.
