Wedding-Ready and Undetectable: Tyler’s Frontal Hairline Restoration with Dr Mani

Tyler Moret
A meticulously planned 2,200-graft frontal restoration for a patient with exceptionally dense native hair — a hairline that doesn’t look transplanted, shown at 12 months.
“Doc, I don’t use product — just out of the shower and it stays. Wedding ready!”
This gentleman presented with significant recession through the frontal third, but one challenge made this case particularly demanding: the native hair behind the hairline remained exceptionally dense. That meant an average result would have looked obvious.
To create a seamless transition between transplanted and native hair, we performed a meticulously planned 2,200 graft procedure — 376 single, 980 double and 844 triple grafts. The singles were reserved for the leading edge to create softness, irregularity and naturalness; the doubles and triples were distributed behind the hairline to build density, strength and visual impact without sacrificing realism.
The result: a hairline that doesn’t look transplanted, a restoration that blends naturally into the surrounding hair, and a result that lets this gentleman style, comb through and live without thinking about his hair.
At The Mittal Hair Clinic we perform one patient per day, allowing complete focus on every graft, every angle and every detail. Hair transplantation is part science, part medicine and part art — and art takes time.
